With over 15 year's experience in learning & development, performance & capabilities development, organizational development, leadership training, and education,

Working with various people and backgrounds, as a L&D Consultant and Professional Coach for Eurostar International Ltd., a large international organization,
as a Career & Integration Coach for Migrant Resource Center, a London based charity and as a Mentor and Coach for Dress for Success, a Houston based charity, I have developed the belief that we have all the resources within ourselves to make positive changes to our lives.
