This was the June workshop to help people lower their stress level with the power of self-hypnosis. We covered the basic induction technique of body relaxation, 3 breathing techniques, a personal deepened and personal positive suggestion as well as he awakening part of self-hypnosis. We finished the workshop with a self hypnosis session.
